The government have encouraged the construction industry to continue during the second lockdown so our four Design Studios will remain open to support this. We will operate on a by appointment basis to ensure that we can maintain social distancing by limiting the number of people inside at any time. Please see the bottom of this page for the opening hours of each Design Studio and their contact details to use to make an appointment. If you are unable to travel, we offer video design consultations so you can visit one of our Design Studios from the comfort of your own space.
For anyone turning up without an appointment, you will only be able to enter the Design Studio if there are no other clients already inside. This is similar to normal as we hold events, CPDs and training sessions at our Design Studios so it’s always best to let us know you are coming.
We continue to hold excellent stock levels of tiles and are working hard to minimise any disruption to the supply chain. As part of the UK’s largest tile buyer, we hold over £30m of stock in the UK and have access to priority stock at our suppliers ready to bring to our clients at short notice. We are also well advanced in our Brexit planning with extra stock of high demand products purchased, options on supply routes in place and all processes updated to meet the new import requirements.
